We do not operate user accounts, remote databases, or cloud sync servers, and we do not transmit, collect, or monetize any of your personal data.

2. Data Collection and Usage

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). Specific data details:

• Habit & Streak Data: Stored strictly inside your local device storage.
• Notification Preferences: Processed locally on your device using OS notification systems.
• No Account Required: You are not required to create an account, log in, or provide an email address to use Habit Spark.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your habit logs are encrypted and persisted locally on your device filesystem. Because your data remains on your physical hardware, nobody—including the developers of Habit Spark—can access your habits, notes, or schedules.

4. User Rights & Data Control

You maintain 100% ownership and complete control over your data at all times. You have the right to:

• Export Data: Export your complete habit records into JSON backup files anytime via Settings.
• Delete Data: Delete individual habits or clear all application data instantly inside app Settings or by uninstalling the application.

5. Third-Party Services

Habit Spark does not sell, rent, or share user data with third-party advertising or data brokerage networks.
