Habit Spark grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application solely for personal, non-commercial productivity management.
Habit Spark stores all habit data locally on your device. You are solely responsible for managing device backups and exporting JSON data files prior to device resets or uninstalls.
Habit Spark is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all personal productivity requirements.
